MSY-RRC Trust studies rural Odisha, empowering communities through research and local initiatives.
MSY-RRC Trust is led by Prof. B.N. Biswal, former Director of the Center for Policy Research, NISIET (now NIMSE), Ministry of MSME, GOI, with Dr. Sudip Bhattacharyya, Professor of Management from Kolkata, as second-in-command. The Trust includes six family members and 18 nationally renowned academic advisors, some of whom were vice-chancellors, including a UNESCO diplomat in Canada. .
Our team also features dedicated volunteers from each Panchayat village who assist with data collection and rural event management.
Rural Research Center, Tandikul, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, was established in 2021 to study the rural scenario and address key objectives aimed at community development.
To develop every village of the Panchayat in all aspects of life, rooted in Odia culture and Indian values, and present it as a model of an ideal Panchayat well before 2047.
To empower all sections of the rural community with a purposeful work culture and patriotic zeal, helping them achieve higher standards in every sphere of life as citizens of a developed nation.
