MSY-RRC TRUST is led by Prof. B.N. Biswal, former Director of the Centre for Policy Research, NISIET (now NIMSE), Ministry of MSME, Government of India, with Dr. Sudip Bhattacharyya, Professor of Management from Kolkata, as the second-in-command.
The trust comprises six family members, 18 eminent advisors including former Vice-Chancellors and a UNESCO diplomat, and a network of village-level volunteers managing data collection and rural events.
To develop every village of the Panchayat in all aspects of life, rooted in Odia culture and Indian values, and present it as a model of an ideal Panchayat well before 2047.
